BY PARIAH offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn, pristine items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke orders and earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization standards.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Shipment
Carefully pack your jewelry in its original BY PARIAH box and protective pouch to ensure it arrives safely and remains eligible for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
